I am tired of paying rent every month and not getting anything permanent out of it, so I decided to start looking at Dallas real estate in Uptown. I didn’t want a house because I am just not home enough to enjoy a house and property like that. I wanted a nice condo or townhouse and I found the perfect one at Wellington Place. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is really nice. Also, it is not that old, and the pictures were really nice looking. I went to look at it in person and it is everything I want for my home, so I started the process of owning it. The nice thing is that I am paying less for my payments than what I was in rent!
